🎬Continue From Last Frame — Video chaining is here.
Turn it on in Video mode and TurboFlow takes the last frame of each video and uses it
as the start frame of the next one. Works two ways: with Text mode the first clip
generates from your prompt and everything after continues from it (no images needed at
all), or with Start Frame mode your chosen image is used as the start frame of clip 1
and the chain takes over from there.
🔗Chain References + Different for Each — The big one.
Reference Chaining and per-prompt references now work together instead of blocking each
other. Turn on Chain References, then open "Different for Each" and assign whatever you
want per prompt. Auto-Tag and Auto 1:1 both work. Every prompt gets the previous
generated image plus its own references.
🔁Regenerate Videos — The regenerate button now works
on videos too, not just images. Hit it on any video in the Gallery and it re-rolls with
the exact same model, ratio, duration, mode, and frames.
🔄Auto Reference Transfer — Reuse Library references
across different Flow projects without re-uploading. TurboFlow now detects references
from another project and re-uploads them automatically in the background when you hit
Generate. Works for references, start frames, end frames, and mapped images.
📦Download as ZIP — Select any images in the Gallery,
open the Download dropdown, and hit Download as ZIP. You get one single file with
everything inside, named and numbered exactly like your normal downloads. Images only
for now, and ZIP downloads are standard quality.
❓FAQ Button — New FAQ icon in the top bar and a
button at the bottom of Settings that takes you straight to our full FAQ page with all
the most common questions.
🐛 Changes & Fixes
✓ Fixed Regenerate on chained images —
regenerating an image from a chained batch was quietly dropping the chain reference, so
you'd get an unrelated image back. It now replays the exact references used the first time.
✓ Prompts and filenames containing quotes
now display correctly everywhere in the Queue, Gallery, and Library.
✓ Queue cards now show a 🔗 chip on chained
prompts so you can see at a glance which ones receive the previous image.
✓ Reference cap is now handled cleanly when
chaining — one slot is always reserved for the chain image so continuity never gets dropped
in favor of an extra reference.

📌Fixed Reference + Chain — A big upgrade to Reference
Chaining. After
enabling Chain References, add a reference image, then choose how it's used: First image
only (guides
just the first image, like before) or Fixed on all (locks your reference onto every image in
the chain).
The new Fixed mode helps reduce the quality drift that used to creep in over long
chains.

⏱️New Custom Speed Mode — Fast, Balanced, and Slow now have

option: Custom. Set your own delay (1–60 seconds) between each generation to dodge rate
limits your way.
Pick 5 seconds and TurboFlow waits 5s after each image before starting the next.

🔗Reference Chaining — Turn it on in Image mode and TurboFlow uses each
generated image as the reference for the next prompt. Generates one at a time for a smooth, connected
look. Optionally add a reference image to guide the very first prompt. Find the new "Chain references"
toggle under your image reference options.
📋JSON Prompts — You can now drop full JSON-format prompts straight
into the prompt box. Each JSON object counts as one prompt. There's also a new JSON import button next
to the .txt import, so you can load a single object or a whole array of prompts from a .json file in one
click.
🎬Multi-Prompt Animate — When you select images from the Gallery and
hit Animate, you're no longer stuck with one shared prompt for all prompts. A new "Different per frame"
toggle lets you assign a unique prompt to each start frame.
📁Editable Batch Folders — You can now rename the download folder for
any queued batch directly in the Queue tab. Click the folder tag on any pending batch and set exactly
where its images should land.
